General information
It is mandatory to accept/collect all parcels subject to inspection by the courier, so that if there is any damage/breakage/shortage, we can proceed with a refund.
Without this inspection, it will be impossible for us to provide any compensation.
In the event that a problem occurs during transport and the parcel does not arrive at its destination within the expected time frame, please notify us promptly. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
*Please note: do not contact us before the specified time limits have expired, as the information required to take action will not yet be available.

Delivery within 1-2 working days from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm.
Orders received by 12:00 noon are generally processed on the afternoon of the same day, while those received after 12:00 noon are processed the following day.

If the recipient is absent, only a delivery notice will be left and the courier will attempt to deliver again on the next working day.
For shipments to Sardinia and other small towns in Italy, delivery may take up to 3 working days.

Shipping costs in Europe and outside Europe
Shipping costs for orders outside Italy are calculated automatically by our website based on weight, volume and country of shipment.
